We are looking for a
**Development Coordinator** for our Office in Maia.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop strategies and make decisions with a view to the success and growth of Frulact, combining the needs of individual employees and the organization;
- Design and define the Performance Evaluation model and supervise its implementation;
- Elaborate and monitor the Compensation and Benefits strategy;
- Plan the training of employees and supervise the implementation of the plan throughout the year;
- Coordinate the integration process of new employees - Onboarding;
- Manage the employees' Career Plan and its implementation;
- Ensure the alignment of the different strands of HR Development;
- Implement actions to improve processes at the global level of Frulact;
- Ensure that the objectives outlined for the area are achieved;
- Idealize, design and conceive projects and initiatives of Human Resources Development transversal to Frulact Group.
- Manage, assess and develop the skills and technical knowledge of the team's employees;
- Ensure performance monitoring while maintaining the motivation and development of the team (training and career);
- Promote and optimize the continuous improvement as well as the achievement of the objectives established for the area.

**Qualifications**
- Human Resources, Economics, Management, Business Administration, or similar
- 5 years of experience in similar roles
- Fluent in English (mandatory)
- Good level of French is a plus
- Dynamic and proactive profile, oriented towards leadership and teamwork
- Act with the highest levels of ethics and integrity, promoting clarity and transparency at all levels.
- Proactive, resilient, hand on, dynamic and passionate personality
- Strong autonomy, ability to carry responsibilities
- Knowledge of MS Office
