**About the job**

**Your Main Activities Are**
- Assistance of Oxygen Community
- Organization of meetings and booking of meeting rooms
- Organization of events with international visitors and trainings for the teams
- Participate in the preparation of presentations for senior managers
- Preparing minutes of management meetings
- Managing the office supplies for the team
- Managing the approval of invoices
- Administration of expense claims
- Supporting logistics of internal / external mailing and shipping
- Other administrative support tasks and ad hoc requests
- Assistance on Communication within Oxygen Community
- Consult with related teams and partners to identify and analyze needs. Assist with setting project objectives, priorities and timeframes, help identify and resolve problems
- Promote and support information sharing to ensure internal communication (top-down / bottom-up / transversally)
- Create and manage foundational communication templates such as personnel announcements, leadership/supervisory communication and company-wide announcements
- Draft and manage an internal communications calendar, ensuring that scheduled tasks and projects are successfully completed and strategically timed
- Create communication strategies and plans; own execution, management, and implementation of communications plans for internal initiatives, special projects, and rollouts
- Liaise with Finance communication teams and other BNP Paribas teams (Finance communication, Territory communication, etc.) to ensure the homogeneity and complementarity between Oxygen communication and the Finance and BNP Paribas standards
- Implementation and development the Oxygen intranet environment / SharePoint site architecture (Structure info / Visual identity / Navigation) to support and promote Oxygen teams in their daily activity and business activity
- Support Oxygen teams in the implementation and development of SharePoint solution to perform and improve their activity
- Change Management related to communication and SharePoint
- Community management: lead the Oxygen Spine community (community gathering SharePoint key users and communication SPOC) to support Oxygen Spine Model
- Assistance and engagement within the Oxygen Community
- Ensuring Onboarding of new joiners, and coordinate actions of Manager, Buddy, IT, Facilities
- Control the realization of intermediary checkpoints during the trial period of newcomers
- Monitoring of contract end dates (internships and external consultants)
- Support training initiatives and participate on training programs evaluation
- Maintenance of employee databases
- KPIs preparation and analysis
- Good knowledge of background, skills and capabilities of team’s members

**Profile and Skills to Success**
- University degree
- More than 3 years of professional experience in business administration
- Business analysis and technical architecture roles’ experience in complex business environments is a plus
- Experience on multinational environment within support and administrative tasks
- Having some previous experience in Finance is a plus
- Knowledge of BNPP organization and business lines will also be appreciated
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Solid understanding of communications dynamics with the ability to synthesize field requirements and corporate resources to help implement a content and communications strategy
- Demonstrated strong problem solving, analytical skills, and strategic thinking
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including stakeholder management, training, presentation and public speaking
- Ability to be flexible and adaptable in the face of changing organizational priorities and ambiguous environments
- Ability to research and quickly assimilate relevant new technologies, concepts, architectures and features is essential
