Axial Capital is a full service corporate advisory firm with operations in the UK, EU, and US. We focus on ambitious business owners who are growth-focused, with a need for VC or other investment advisory or potentially M&A support, as well as small cap listed companies for financings and dual-listings. We have an opening for an independent Corporate Advisor with experience in capital-raising and business development, who can source and manage transactions $100k-15mil.
This is a commission based consultant role.
You will have access to our investor base and will have our support with undertaking the capital raise and private/public capital markest activities for clients, by operating under the Axial Capital brand-name. Remuneration is based on the clients that you engage on a service fee (a proportion of that service fee), plus commission on the funds that Axial raises for each company that you engage. The client companies can be in your local area, but can also be in other parts of Europe.
