**Your mission**: The junior financial analyst is part of Dorel Juvenile Europe's finance team to help implement new global finance projects.
**Key responsibilities**: - Assist on the deployment of new finance global projects. - Support the Finance Manager in the identification of potential project risks and suggests new developments. - Manage the dead line of the projects and designated tasks. - Escalates any financial issues to management. - Collaborates with senior members of the accounting and finance teams.
**Your profile**: - Degree in Accounting/Management/Finance. - Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and the ability to efficiently connect with a diverse range of audiences. (mandatory) - Excellent research skills and willingness to grow. - Positive attitude and growth mindset. - Outstanding analytical skills, agile and hands-on, high attention to detail, committed to making an impact. - Asks questions quicker, solves a few small problems independently and looks to the familiar solutions first;
- Able to make decisions that quickly lead to the best possible solution within the procedures. Excellent (practical) problem solving skills;
- Able to anticipate and handle ad-hoc disruptions in the regular workflow;
