We are looking for a** IT Finance Officer**

Job Description:
Reporting to Wmis Lisbon Site Manager and functionally to Paris Management & Control

Main Responsibilities:

- Budget Management:
Contribute to WMIS budget actualization, forecast & IT Investment

Contribute to WMIS reporting to WM Head Office and Group (Wiser)
- Budget instruction:
Participate in the management of the quarterly invoicing to internal clients. Ensure the coordination and control of their booking and payment with all stakeholders

Establish year to date analysis of cash costs of Head Office’s providers to prepare Head Office’s Beneficiaries view: estimation and related explanation of impact resulting from allocation key’s or Forex change

Assist in producing the management control reporting to WM IT CIO
- FTEs Analysis:
Reporting, analysis, control and monitoring of headcount and expenses on a monthly basis (actual vs forecast/budget)

Produce the necessary information and analysis to support Top Management and Produce other ad hoc analysis for internal or external clients.
- WM IT Finance Operations:
Contribute to some actions for WM IT Finance Operations: upload of actual costs, accruals monitoring, Monitor the FTE (Full Time Employee) and HC (Head Counts) figures,
- Paris Cost Centre Management:
Control of the adequate recording of the invoices in accounting, per Nature of expenditure, per Business line

Follow up of travel expenses

Calculation and analysis of the man day rate of Paris site on a monthly basis

Relationship with Paris Head Office Finance teams

Continuous improvement of the team’s processes

Monthly accounting closure contribution

Support the WMIS assistants in the monthly accounting closure

Technical skills:
Good accounting culture

Master in Excel, and appetite for new technologies, multi-dimensional analysis cube collaborative tools like Anaplan

Knowledge of project management and Information Systems (IT)

Minimum understanding of contracts

Agile culture in a complex environment (multi sites, currency )

Soft skills:
Autonomous and proactive

Extremely organized with a pragmatic approach

Result driven and able to handle and report about budget

Ability to work with others people in an international context

Fluent in English and French will be appreciated
