Currently, we are seeking an exceptional **Manager Process Engineer** who thrives on complex challenges, and is ready to seize this fantastic opportunity.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead a software delivery management team, overseeing an engineering team focused on middleware technologies with approximately 10 employees;
- Manage the personal and professional development of your engineers, ensuring their optimal deployment in agile product teams;
- Continuously optimize your engineering area for synergies, advisory, efficiency, and output, including the technologies, processes, and tools used;
- Develop and maintain the middleware engineering vision, strategy, and roadmap within your area of responsibility, contributing to the associated platforms' build and support;
- Ensure a high-output delivery environment across various products.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or related field;
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with initial experience as an engineering manager;
- Extensive experience and knowledge in middleware-related technologies (e.g., API Management - Gateways, Orchestration, Governance and Documentation, Streaming, Messaging, Application Servers, Microservice Architecture, and related patterns);
- Experience in Business Process Management (BPM) and Business Rule Engine (BRE);
- Platform Engineering knowledge or experience is a plus;
- Strong understanding of software development processes;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Willingness to travel as required;
- Fluent level of English.
