We are super excited to be recruiting a **Strategic Planning** **Project Manager** to join the Ovation Portugal team.
The Strategic Planning Project Manager is mainly responsible for building proposals and answering RFPs. Supporting the sales team, you analyse and understand clients’ need, put together creative ideas, and set up budgets to fulfil expectations and confirm business. You are responsible for a detailed and complete hand over to the production team
What we expect:
- Excellent knowledge of Portugal as event destination
- Proven experience in budgeting and creating proposals
- Excellent network of suppliers
- Experience in event planning to understand and anticipate potential challenges at production stage
- Experience in sales & client management
**REQUIREMENTS**
- 3 - 5 years’ experience in the MICE Market (preferably DMC)
- Creative thinking
- Excellent command of excel & power point
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Meticulous attention to detail, and time management skills
