As the Performance and L&D Management Assistant you will partner with the Talent Management COE to provide best-in-class administrative services to support talent management, learning, and diversity equity and inclusion initiatives. As a member of an International Team of Service Delivery experts, you will partner closely with the Talent Management Centre of Excellence to provide support for Enterprise performance management and learning solution programmes being implemented for Convatec employees. You will manage the launch of our HRIS forms during the performance management touchpoints, provide reporting and metrics, and facilitate onboarding sessions as needed. You will partner closely with other service delivery leads to provide exceptional customer service to support customer inquiries and priorities for the business.

We are transforming our HR function and are now looking for great people to fill key roles in our new international HR Service Delivery Team. This role represents a fantastic opportunity to join us at a key execution stage of the programme to help support the implementation and improvement of this critical component of our new function.

**Key responsibilities***
- Launch Workday forms to all eligible employees during the key Performance Management checkpoints (Goal Setting, Mid-year Review, and Year-End Review), acting as a problem-solver around the support model to anticipate managers and employees’ needs.
- In partnership with TM COE, facilitate and help conduct the Enterprise and Global Business Services induction programme for new joiners, while also supporting in the operational LMS tasks, such as, roster reconciliation, learning assignments, among other Learning Operations tasks, as needed.
- Work with your colleagues to deliver a high-quality responsive level of customer service, aligned to established and agreed upon service levels.
- Be aware of key TL&D service management metrics, understand key aspects of your role that drive these measures of the services you provide and deliver TL&D services accordingly.
- Provide visibility to the Talent Management Centre of Excellence on the completion of the various Performance Management tasks in the HRIS, on a predefined cadence, or as requested.
- Support the Talent Management Centre of Excellence with their predefined strategies for the encouragement of completion of tasks in the HRIS during the Performance Management Cycle.
- Create and design reporting dashboards, generating insights that are useful, insightful, and meaningful to our Talent Management Centre of Excellence stakeholders and HR Service Delivery Leadership Team for key decisions.
- Provide change management support for the implementation of learning solutions created by the Talent Management Centre of Excellence to increase adoption and support behaviour change.
- Support and help build the end-to-end process documentation through work instructions, and operational case management guides, quick reference guides and FAQS, in partnership with the Talent Management Centre of Excellence.
- Support the Talent Management Centre of Excellence by managing the virtual classroom environment (slide sharing, conversations in chat, breakout rooms) in a manner that allows the participants to achieve learning objectives, as needed.
- Write, create, and send internal communications to support HR Administrative Services, providing support for Talent Management processes, learning operations, classroom management and support for diversity, equity, inclusion initiatives, partnering with the Global Communications team where appropriate.
- Design, create and post content on internal SharePoint Sites for Talent Management Centre of Excellence to include Onboarding Matters, Development Matters, and Performance Matters.

**Key requirements**
- Comfortable managing the HRIS platform (Workday is a plus).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong data, analytical and reporting skills.
