**What Will Your Typical Day Look Like?**
Cash Application:
- Accurately process incoming payments and reconcile accounts.
- Provide outstanding customer service and resolve billing inquiries.
Customer Communication:
- Address customer inquiries and issues with professionalism and efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Collections:
- Manage overdue accounts and implement effective collection strategies.
- Work with internal stakeholders to resolve payment disputes.
Reporting:
- Prepare regular reports on accounts receivable status and contribute to process improvements.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field preferred.
- 2+ years of relevant experience in accounts receivable or finance.
- Proficiency in German (B2) and English (B2); additional European languages are a plus.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
- Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, proactive problem-solving abilities, and a team-oriented mindset.
**Temporary employment contract**
- Initial duration of 12 months
- Option to extend for another 12 months
Availability:
- Monday - Friday, 08:00 - 17:00
Compensation:
- Monthly Base Salary of **1,934.00 €**:
- Holiday and Christmas bonus - 2 extra month salaries per year
- Monthly Variable Bonus of **226.00 €** (depending on performance)
