Are you an energetic creative person with a positive attitude and great writing & marketing skills?

Are you fluent in English?

**Position based in Porto, Portugal. **We allow an hybrid work approach, where you can work a couple of days of week at home.

**Responsibilities**:

- Creating engaging content for our social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest being the most relevant)
- Tracking analytics to understand digital marketing performance
- Monitor, test & implement paid advertising
- Producing engaging copywriting to advertise our products, writing blog posts about topics related with our crafts industry and promoting our content on social media.
- Creating artworks to promote our product launches & marketing campaigns: flyers, banners, gif creations, etc.
- Creating/updating the product information content across the different sales channels (online shop, Etsy), namely the product descriptions, images, SEO related fields, etc.
- Ad-hoc support for other activities (we are a small team, so we expect you to be available to do other things as well if needed).

**What we are looking for**:

- You are fluent in English (other languages are an advantage)
- You love social media and to create engaging content
- You love marketing tactics and create engaging communications with consumers
- You have excellence in writing, proofreading, and editing. You can see spelling mistakes right away and don't mind pointing them out to us
- You love researching and learning new things
- You are organized and have excellent time management skills
- You have strong listening and communication skills, and the capacity to work independently and collaboratively
- Good knowledge of SEO is an advantage, but we can also help you with that
- Basic knowledge of Canva
- Basic knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator (not mandatory, knowledge of other free tools are an advantage)
- You have a passion for sustainability, art and design and, ideally (not mandatory): needlework and crafts.
