Role Overview

As a Billing Intern at Kantar, you will be part of a dynamic and integrated Finance team that provides specialized operational Finance services. Reporting to the Job Accounting & Billing Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Job Accounting and Billing activities. You will work closely with both internal and external partners to ensure that processes are carried out seamlessly and in compliance with timing and quality standards.

Role Description

In this role, you will:

- Support the Blanket Invoices process to ensure accurate and timely invoicing for clients
- Assist in the transition and integration of new business, contributing to a seamless onboarding experience
- Perform month-end activities related to revenue and direct costs, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Support audit requests by providing necessary documentation and information
- Actively participate in the improvement and standardization of Kantar Business Services strategy

Role Requirements & Capabilities

To succeed in this role, you should have the following qualifications and skills:

- A degree in Accounting, Management, or Finance, or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in English
- Strong knowledge of Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint
