Working at Group level the **Information Security Officer **will have an impact in the protection of the organization's information by maintaining ongoing awareness of information security, vulnerabilities, and threats to support organizational risk management decisions.

**About the role**

Reporting to the Group Business Technology Director this **Information Security Officer** will have as main mission to contribute with expertise within the governance and security framework, proposing and leading the implementation of the IT governance and security strategy, according to the superior guidelines and the area plan, ensuring that data protection and security policies and processes are established, reducing risk to an acceptable level and ensure business continuity.

In support of the information security policies, the **Information Security Officer**, will work in close collaboration with the Data Security Officer (DSO) and the Data Protection Officer for the implementation of and compliance with EC Information Security Policy.

**Main responsibilities**
- Define, implement, and technical maintenance of security devices and technologies that constitute Euroconsumers’ ICT networks and resources
- Coordinate all activities related to IT security management within Euroconsumers
- Be responsible for the IT Security Risk Management
- Builds and monitors the organization’s cyber security and IT compliance indicators, identifies deviations, and proposes mitigation measures
- Organize and follow up on Pen test exercises
- Organize and follow up on internal and external audits and the definition of action and mitigation plans
- Organize IT Security Training & Awareness sessions and campaign
- Support the DSO in the information security risk management process and in the implementation of information security policies, processes, guidelines, and procedures
- Support the DSO regarding security breaches and non-compliance

**Must have**
- Degree in Computer Science, IT Security Electrical or Computer Engineering or related fields
- Experience in IT with focus security operations and information security
- Working knowledge of risk and business continuity management
- Strong understanding of cyber security regulation as well as standards and frameworks
- GDPR knowledge
- Project management skills and experience
- Experience participating in projects with cross-functional teams
- Easy communication in English in international environment

- Experience hands on in technical security operations
- ISO27001/5 certification
- CISSP
- CEH
