**Job Description**:

- Analysis and treatment of complaints
- Identify and analyze electrical defect
- Report the results of the analysis to stakeholders and Customer Interfaces
- Participate in multidisciplinary teams to identify and solve problems
- Support new product introduction (industrialization or transfer projects)
- Ensure proper design, plan, execution conditions, and assessment of Customer Acceptance Test criteria and instructions
- Support new product introduction (industrialization or transfer projects)
- Conduct assessments and technical analysis to deliver ISIR (on time, on quality), and support release of products and processes

**Qualifications**:

- Electronical technician (IV level)
- Know-how in electronic circuit
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficient with Microsoft office tools
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Problem solving mindset, results oriented and pro-active attitude
