Reporting to the PMO Director, the PMO Governance Lead is responsible for business processes and artifacts supporting governance of a Project Management Office and related project portfolio in a PMO comprised of approximately 12 project managers executing 20-30 different concurrent projects. Examples of these business processes are: Intake, Resource Demand / Supply forecasting and allocation, Status Reporting, Time Tracking. The Governance Lead makes sure that the processes are defined to the best efficiency and effectiveness possible, facilitates regularly recurring meetings supporting these processes, and implements related productivity tools (Excel, SharePoint, etc). The expectation is that Governance Lead drives improvement: comes up with recommendations and implements them, as opposed to just being a coordinator who carries these out.

**What you'll do**:

- Manage Intake: ensure that requests are clear, estimates are obtained in a timely fashion, approved work is slotted on the roadmap. Manage corresponding information and metrics.
- Manage Time Tracking (currently PV): monitor compliance, support new project setup requests, support new resource setup requests, generate monthly summary reports and related rolled-up metrics.
- Manage Resource Allocation/Utilization Forecasts & RoadMaps: Synchronize with Intake for incoming projects, work with Resource Managers to ensure that resources are allocated, identify and assist in solving issues, Continuously improve existing processes and mechanisms

**Qualifications**
- Analytical, detail-oriented
- Strong process orientation
- Leadership, strong sense of ownership, excellence, does not need to be told what to do (after initial rampup)
- Strong foundational knowledge of basic enterprise technology concepts. This role is more governance focused, but comprehension of technical context is necessary.
- Very familiar (Expert level) with Excel, SharePoint, ServiceNow
- Strong understanding of agile concepts
- Experience working in a large organization (LOBs vs. Shared Services)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- ITIL or PMI certifications a plus
