As the Payroll Supervisor for EIMEA, you will be a key member of a high-performing global payroll team, reporting to the Global Payroll and Travel Manager, responsible for deploying a new payroll provider and system.

In this role you will assist in all aspects of the payroll provider implementation for EIMEA until all countries are live on the new system.

Ultimately, after the implementation project is completed, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end payroll process, compliance, and employee experience: including but not limited to delivering timely, accurate, and compliant processing of H.B. Fuller´s payroll, tax filings, and related accounting, managing vendor relationships, and driving continuous improvement initiatives for EMEIA region.

This position requires the incumbent to collaborate closely with internal business partners in functions such as HR/Benefits, Legal, Finance, IT, Compliance, and the Global payroll operations team.

**POSITION OVERVIEW**

Ultimately, after the implementation project is completed, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end payroll process, compliance, and employee experience: including but not limited to delivering timely, accurate, and compliant processing of H.B. Fuller´s payroll, tax filings, and related accounting, managing vendor relationships, and driving continuous improvement initiatives for EMEIA region. **Overview of responsibilities**:

- Supervise the EIMEA payroll team and promote the development of the team through effective goal setting, metrics, and engagement/development plans.
- Manage relationship and payroll deliverables with external service provider, including monitoring vendor performance against service level agreements (SLAs) and issue resolution.
- Ensure an accurate and timely payroll by overseeing the monthly end-to-end payroll cycle processing including new employees, terminations, relevant salary amendments, overtime, etc.
- Own month-end close, quarter-end and year-end payroll processes and related tax reconciliations.
- Oversee all general ledger functions related to payroll, including but not limited to balancing and recording all payroll related journal entries, accruals, reconciliation of balance sheet accounts, research reconciling items, data requests, etc.
- Assist in driving the global payroll strategy with payroll team members to harmonize and streamline processes to ensure consistency, accuracy and compliance, and best-in-class services.
- Ensure all regulatory payroll filings are completed timely and accurately.
- Proactively prepare relevant management reports, metrics and statistics as needed.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with employees at all levels, resolving any inquiries in a timely manner for assigned countries.
- Drive continuous improvement mindset by challenging existing processes, providing innovative solutions, leveraging KPIs and best practices to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide ongoing support to the global payroll team on the global payroll transformation project implementation, participating in requirement gathering, UAT, system training, change management activities, and other ad hoc tasks.
- Act as a role model for regional payroll management, supporting other regions with payroll expertise and best practice sharing as needed.

**PRIMARY DUTIES**

**Payroll Administration (30%)** - Manage relationship and payroll deliverables with external service provider, including monitoring vendor performance against service level agreements (SLAs) and issue resolution
- Ensure vendor technology provides the best customer/employee experience possible.
- Ensure an accurate and timely payroll by overseeing the monthly end-to-end payroll cycle processing including new employees, terminations, relevant salary amendments, overtime, etc.
- Collect and prepare all inputs to be provided timely to the payroll partner at the agreed cut-off dates for processing.
