**Cleverti** has recently joined **99x Group**, and we are gearing up to escalate our Nearshore operations in a big way
To help in the pursuit of this quest, we are on the lookout for a** Sales Development Representative who speaks German** to join our Sales Team and quickly become a pivotal member of our business development efforts.
This person will be joining our **sales and business development team**, with the crucial mission of expanding our operations in the **German-speaking markets**.
The responsibilities in this position will progressively increase - but quite quickly.
- Initially, you will be responsible for **“opening doors”** by scheduling meetings with prospects (you will also attend these meetings with the colleague responsible for closing the sale).
- As you get a bit more familiar with our services and processes, you will transition into a **full-cycle business developer**, taking care of the sale itself and managing the resulting relationship with the client.
- As our operations grow, you will also have the chance to be responsible for a sales **team of your own**, closing deals arranged by other Sales Development Representatives.
Ideally, our future colleague has:
- 1-2 years of experience in **sales** or **business development** - **IT market** experience would be perfect (Not mandatory - interest in the area is what we look for the most.)
- Knowledge and management of **CRM** solutions - we work with HubSpot. (Not mandatory.)
- Native or a super-fluent level of **German proficiency**.
- High level of **English** proficiency.
- Great communication skills.
- Attention to detail, good organizational skills, proactivity and persistence, and work capacity.
We work in a hybrid model, so this person should also be able to join us at the office two times a week - we are based in Miraflores, Algés.
