Our IT Department is looking for a Helpdesk Trainee - German speaker - to be based in Santa Maria da Feira (Portugal).

The Helpdesk Trainee role is to support users on all of our IT systems.

**The Main missions**:

- Recording occurrences in order to maintain control on the quality of support;
- Support in the elaboration of technical processes and respective documentation.

**Skills and Know-how**:

- Willing to join a multidisciplinary team;
- Ability to communicate in English (mandatory);
- Ability to communicate in German (mandatory).
