**About the role**
- We are currently looking for an experienced Planning Specialist to join our Supply Chain Planning team in our QLD offices located in Lisbon in Portugal.
- The Coordinator - Planning coordinates planning activities in support of the Planning team in EMEA region.
- **What you will be doing**:

- Supports daily priority planning of deliveries with transport operators from each supply site based on materials requirements planning (MRP) to customers S
- Supports execution of daily scheduling and capacity confirmation between supply point and total outbound distribution
- Supports maintenance of bulk material master settings by region for DRP process
- Applies best practice stock management principles for real time production posting and inventory movements
- Communicates and links market place activities with production priorities
- Supports the collation of all bulk material requirements for export, ex gate sales and field requirements into a weekly supply plan by production site
- Effectively captures and communicates delivery and manufacturing data to key stakeholders as required
- Supports implementation of master production schedule weekly and control the daily MRP and DRP processes

**What you will bring**
- Professional experience in planning or similar
- University Degree in Mathematics, Engineering or Management
- Experience with SAP (mandatory)
- Fluency in English, both oral and written (mandatory)
