**What's in it for you**:
First level operation and support of Vodafone networks and services. Ensure NOC shifts execution, performing network monitoring, incident detection, registration, diagnosis, troubleshooting, remote resolution or dispatch to other teams or external entities in scope of fault resolution.

Ensuring quality and operations continuity, proactive search and contribution to solve active incidents, drive other teams or external entities, in order to guarantee faster service restoration.

**What you’ll do**:

- NOC shift execution, performing all activities and routines applicable;
- Proactive network monitoring, fault detection, correlation and incidents management;
- Assure first level faults analysis, diagnosis, troubleshooting, remote resolution or dispatch to other teams or external suppliers, assuring trigger appropriated second level support teams; incidents follow-up until service restoration.

**Who you are**:

- Degree in Telecommunication or Information Technology, or related areas and compatible professional experience;
- Experience in telecommunication or similar functions with preference for fixed networks;
- English and Spanish language (spoken and written);
- Good communication skills and capacity to work under pressure and in crisis situations;
- Knowledge and experience in operational areas related to telecommunication or IT;
- Knowledge of mobile, fixed, transmission and IP; telecommunications networks;
- Shift execution and team working oriented.
