**HEALTH & BENEFITS BROKER**

- Advice a wide range of clients in order to help them assess, develop and deploy strategies, programs and initiatives to improve the health and wellness of their employees;
- Join a team of expert consultants and brokers and learn from the best practices of the benefits consulting market;
- Work together with Marsh under the Mercer Marsh Benefits global brand.

**We will count on you to**:

- Advise clients on best practices, financial management, compliance, communication and administration of health and benefit plans, having a strong knowledge on a great variety of insurances (health, life, accidents and pensions) as well as other flex benefits;
- Support our clients and administrate the insurance policies (renewal, negotiation, quotation, etc.);
- Mediation between clients, prospects and insurers;
- Daily contact with corporate clients (local and international);
- Work as a team with a great spirit of mutual help;
- Search for the best solutions in the market and align our delivery with the benefits strategy of our clients.

**What you need to have**:

- Fluent in English;
- Team Player with excellent interpersonal skills;
- Resilience, proactivity and flexibility;
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a demanding work environment.

- Brokerage experience;
- Consulting experience.
