X-Corp is an internationally expanding organization specializing in immersive digital experiences. Our flagship product, X-Cube, is a groundbreaking digital escape room that offers thrilling challenges and interactive puzzles to players globally.

We are seeking a dedicated and tech-savvy individual to join our team as a Remote Support Employee. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and providing telephone support for our 40 escape rooms. Your primary tasks will include:

- Monitoring the performance and status of all our digital escape rooms.
- Providing prompt and efficient telephone support to local operators.
- Troubleshooting minor technical issues and guiding operators through solutions.
- Escalating complex issues to second-line support when necessary.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in English and Portuguese.
- Strong computer and telephone skills.
- Experience with basic computer operations.
- Ability to work remotely during evening hours and weekends.
- A passion for helping others and solving problems.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
