COMMUNICATIONS TRAINEE (JOB NUMBER: 2306CE15435)

**Your Main Activities Are**
- Develop and regularly update tracking and metrics for both internal and external communications
- Support the creation of effective communications to key external audiences: media, clients, prospects, partners and applicants
- Support the development, layout and production of all internal communication tools (Intranet, newsletter, mass mailing etc.)
- Support the organisation of a large scope of events, serving both team building and business purposes:

- Invitation Campaigns
- Platform Management
- Logistics Support
- Event Packs, which include briefing notes, participants lists, logistics or other necessary documents
- Manage the event management tool (invitation, RSVP management, update master file/golden sources files), survey tools and event interactive apps
- Assist on the maintenance of common tools/ systems and platforms (calendars, logs, invoices, etc.)
- Assist the Events Manager to implement all activities within the objectives, time frame and budget
- Support the team in the budget control process, namely in what concerns invoice control

**Profile and Skills to Success**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Events Management, Management, Political Science
- Up to two years of experience in Communications and/or Events
- Fluency in English is mandatory (both oral and written)
- Ability to work in a team setting and collaborative spirit
- Good analytical ability
- Attentive to detail and rigorous
- Proactive mindset
