We are recruiting on behalf of our client - a world’s leading outsourcing company that provides services related to customer/technical support and content moderation. It is present on many European markets, Portugal included.

**About the project**:
You will be supporting German speaking customers of a Swedish multinational conglomerate that designs and sells ready-to-assemble furniture, kitchen appliances, decoration, home accessories, and various other goods and home services. Started in 1943 by Ingvar Kamprad and currently legally headquartered in the Netherlands, it has been the world's largest furniture retailer since 2008.

**Your main responsibilities as a Customer Support Specialist**:

- Be the first point of contact for the customers and a vital brand ambassador.
- Enthusiastically and professionally assist customers through inbound calls.
- Provide information about products and attempt to close sales over the phone.
- Support customers with delivery issues, including tracking deliveries, resolving delivery problems, and checking stock availability.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide support for account management and software functionality.
- Deliver accurate and real-time responses to customer inquiries.
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions and actions taken.

**Requirements**:

- Fluency in German language (must be at least C2)
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
