Human Resources Specialist

We're growing our human resources team and looking for a quality-driven and committed Human Resources Specialist to participate in the various processes inherent to our group's onboarding and employees experience. We love team players and offer the possibility of working in a hybrid model.

You will monitor and develop the entire employee lifecycle process in a highly dynamic and challenging environment. Your day-to-day responsibilities and tasks will include:

- Managing and preparing employment contracts.
- Providing support in the onboarding process for new employees.
- Tracking absences and work time records.
- Maintaining payroll records: new hires, leaves, transfers, contractual changes, and other related tasks.
- Organizing, monitoring, and evaluating training programs to enhance efficiency.
- Participating in the employee feedback program.
- Providing support in the offboarding process.

**Requirements**:

- BSc/BA in Human Resources or a related field (preferred).
- Professional experience of at least 5 years in similar functions for IT.
- Experience in a multinational environment (preferred).
- Tech-savvy and experienced using technology and digital systems.
- Dynamism, proactive, organized, and excellent communication skills.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Resident in the west zone. (preferred).
