At Bosch, we are seeking a skilled Data Analytics HR IT Consultant to enhance our team. This role is pivotal in leveraging data to optimize HR processes and inform strategic decision-making.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Utilize SQL, PL/SQL, Python, and other tools for data manipulation, analysis, and visualization.
- Design and implement data models (e.g., Data Vault, Star Schemas) for efficient data warehousing.
- Manage ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data into the warehouse.
- Develop insightful data visualizations using Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud, Oracle APEX, and Python libraries (e.g., Matplotlib, seaborn).
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand HR requirements and propose data-driven solutions.
- Lead and coordinate technical teams to ensure project delivery within timelines and quality standards.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in data analytics to drive innovation within the organization.

**Qualifications** Education**:

- Bachelor's degree in Electrotechnical and Computers Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or related fields.

**Experience**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analytics, data engineering, or a similar role, preferably within HR or IT domains.

**Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, Python, and data manipulation techniques.
- Experience with data warehousing concepts and data modeling (e.g., Data Vault, Star Schemas).
- Strong knowledge of ETL processes and tools.
- Ability to create compelling data visualizations using tools like Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud, Oracle APEX, and Python libraries (e.g., Matplotlib, seaborn).
- Familiarity with database systems such as Oracle SQL and SQL Server.
- Basic understanding of machine learning algorithms and predictive analytics techniques is a plus.
