We are currently looking for a Tenders & Quotations Technician for our office in Carnaxide, Lisbon.

As a Tenders & Quotations Technician, you will compile the information necessary for the presentation of the quotations required by public tenders and private customers.

The Team

You will be part of our dynamic and friendly customer service team, reporting into the Customer Service Manager.

This is a full-time position based in our office in Carnaxide. You will work from Monday to Friday with flexibility in working hours and no shifts.

What we’re looking for
- Education: You have a professional qualification in a Life Science branch or related field such as Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology, Pharmacy or equivalent experience minimum of 4 years as a laboratory technician
- Experience: Minimum experience of 2 years in a customer service

- Knowledge of customer service
- Advanced level Pack Office
- SAP desired
- Intermediary level in English
- Customer oriented
- Analysis and problem solving

How you will thrive and create an impact
- Search for technical information for responses to quotations or customer requests (internal or external)
- Cross-references research
- Monitor the status of quotes pending to be made - prioritize
- Preparation of simple and complex quotations: with products that require technical specifications
- Interpret the terms of reference and gather the necessary documentation / response to prepare a contest successfully
- Search of technical documentation to accompany complex proposals
- Propose different options of brands and products in response to a request for quotation.
- Minimize the impacts of erroneous information introduced into the system by maintaining the customer and material master
- Constant communication with the commercial network to define prices and final products to be offered to customers
- Registration in the system of quotes and tenders presented
