In Lisbon, we are a Business Service Center supporting Europe plants (who are producing automotive braking solutions) in Finance, Procurement and IT fields.

HR Generalist Internship
- Management of recruitment and selection processes;
- Management of training processes;
- Participation in the performance appraisal process;
- Monitoring the payroll process;
- Document organization;
- Monitoring the department's daily routine;
- Contact with external entities;
- KPI’s and Reports preparation.
- Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, Sociology or similar;
- Eligible for an IEFP internship;
- Fluent English level.
- Analytical & Problem Solving;
- Communication & Presentation;
- Implementation & Result Orientation;
- Team Work;
- Client Orientation.
