We are looking for a **Scrum Master** to join our partner, a global climate tech company expanding all over the world.
The team develops critical operating software to help clients save energy.
- You are a part of the Tech operations team that have a smaller team focus on Software development. You will be one of the 9 members of the team;
- Coaching team and other stakeholders on the methodology;
- Guiding the team on how to get the most of our self-organization;
- Assessing the Scrum Maturity of the team and organization and coaching the team to higher levels of maturity, at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable for the team and organization;
- Removing impediments or guiding the team to remove impediments by finding the right personnel to remove the impediment;
- Plan and execute scrum ceremonies;
- Facilitating decision-making and conflict resolution;
- Assisting with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information;
- Supporting and educating the Product Owner, especially with respect to grooming and maintaining the product backlog.
**Requirements**:
- 5 years+ experience as Scrum Master.
- Degree or masters in software engineering or equivalent;
- Plus knowledge of electrical engineering;
- Certification as Scrum Master;
- Strong understanding of agile Scrum concepts, practices, and ceremonies;
- Strong understanding of software delivery (plus in the online environment);
- Ability to track, manage and analyze project issues and challenges and proactively define alternatives;
- Ability to work closely with delivery teams to establish expectations and ensure tasks remain on track;;
- Excellent documentation and communication skills
- Experienced in conflict resolution, within the team, and with customers;
- Fluency in English and Portuguese.
