Secil is a major Portuguese cement producer with a strong position in foreign markets such as Tunisia, Lebanon, Brazil and others. In addition to the production and commercialization of cement, Secil is also present in the building materials market, namely in the area of concrete, aggregates, mortars and prefabricated structures.

As a first step, we are transforming our main plant to be one of the most efficient in Europe, with a 20% reduction in CO2 emissions, a 20% increase in energy efficiency and a 30% production of its energy.
- Do what you do best:_
- Preparing income and expense reports for various Business Units, ensuring accuracy, control and timely delivery of results;
- Performing strategic analysis, providing valuable insights to the Executive Committee and Business Unit leaders, understanding the drivers of actual results compared to the Plan and Forecast;
- Manage the financial planning processes, strategically capturing events that impact the business and anticipating changes;
- Accompanying and supporting the Business Units in exceeding financial targets, through in-depth analysis, strategic planning and a keen eye for opportunities for improvement;
- Report directly to the Planning and Management Control Coordinator, and the main internal customer will be the Executive Board.
- You’ll bring with you:_
- Degree in Management, Economics or similar areas;
- Proficiency in tools such as SAP and Advanced Excel;
- Dynamic, innovative profile with a leadership spirit, capable of positively influencing teams, clients and stakeholders;
- Curiosity and agility in learning new systems and processes, with a proactive attitude towards challenges and constant evolution;
- Fluency in Portuguese and English.
