- Immersion in an experience sales/travel consultancy team setting, complete with dedicated mentorship and a culture that fosters results;
- Potential for a full-time contract upon internship completion, with additional benefits;
**Requisitos** : Requirements: - Available for IEFP Internship program (mandatory);
- Experience in cycling and/or hiking at an amateur/enthusiast level ( a plus, not mandatory - "pro" level is not required);
- Passion for travel, storytelling and content creation;
- Strong customer service and communication skills, with a focus on client satisfaction;
- Ability to make reservations, manage bookings and edit product/editorial information online;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Portuguese;
- Ability to work independently and remotely as needed;
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills;
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business, or related field (a plus, not mandatory);
