We have an open position for a **Marketing Assistant (M/F)** for a company based in Estoril.

**What tasks does this role include?**
- Assist in developing and executing the marketing strategy to support the overall business objectives, including growth and sales strategies.
- Support the marketing team to ensure all marketing activities are executed on time and to a high standard.
- Assist in managing the agency's website, website content, and blog articles, ensuring all content is up-to-date, accurate, and aligned with the agency's overall messaging and branding.
- Assist in the creation of all content for all media, including print and digital materials such as brochures, social media posts, Youtube videos, etc.
- Assist in the implementation of a new CRM system and optimization of internal tools, resulting in improved efficiency and productivity for the marketing team and the agency as a whole.
- Assist in optimizing and managing the real estate publication strategy and managing partner portals, ensuring all publications and portals are up-to-date and aligned with the agency's branding and messaging.
- Assist in implementing various partnerships to increase brand visibility and drive sales.
- Work closely with the Sales team to develop marketing collateral and tools that support their sales efforts, such as brochures, flyers, and presentations.

**What will you bring to the role?**
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, and Portuguese fluency is a plus;
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to effectively manage marketing campaigns and initiatives;
- Proficiency in digital marketing and social media platforms, including SEO, SEM, and social media advertising;
- Basic knowledge of website management and content management systems (CMS);
- Strong analytical skills to track and analyze data to measure campaign success;
- Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn and take on new challenges.
