Percassi is an Italian leader in the development and management of franchised commercial networks of major brands such as Gucci, Armani Exchange, Saint Laurent, Nike, Victoria's Secret, Bath & Body Works, LEGO, Garmin for the fashion-beauty and Starbucks in the Food & beverage industry. The company manages own brands - Dmail in retail and mail-order; KIKO Milano, Womo and Bullfrog in the cosmetics sector; Atalanta in sport; Da30Polenta in the catering industry - well as in joint venture with Billionaire Italian Couture in the fashion industry. In the F&B sector, Percassi manages the brands Wagamama, Casa Maioli and Caio Antica Pizza Romana in partnership with the Cremonini Group. It also operates in the Real Estate with the development of important projects at commercial and management level.

We are looking for a
**VISUAL MERCHANDISER** for our VICTORIA'S SECRET STORE in NorteShopping (Porto) to collaborate with the Store Manager and his Assistant to identify the correct commercial actions to implement in the layout and to share basic shop management activities, such as opening and closing, warehouse activities and shift control.
- What do we expect from you?_
- Organise the layout of the entire shop, supervise the product display cycle and strategically organise the spaces according to company guidelines.
- Communicate and disseminate the values and culture of Victoria's Secret, raising awareness of the brand and encouraging customer loyalty.
- Proactively identify merchandising flow, organising visual presentation accordingly for all categories.
- Perform basic shop management activities such as openings and closings, warehouse activities and monitoring of sales targets.
- Requirements of the rol:_
- 3-6 years of professional experience in the Retail sector, preferably in structured companies.
- Consolidated knowledge of Visual Merchandising techniques and short and long term planning skills.
- High level of English
- Flexibility and willingness to work different shifts, weekends and holidays.
- Ability to lead a team of people in sales area, previous experience of +10 people.
