**WHAT YOU WILL DO**

Let’s do this. Let’s change the world. In this vital role you will own and define Amgen's vulnerability management tools and processes.
- Help define, lead and execute Vulnerability Management (VM) and Attack Surface Management (ASM) strategy and processes
- Management of technologies and processes vulnerability management including issue identification and resolution, integration with other tools, documentation and continuous improvement of the service
- Identify new vulnerabilities and exploits and provide periodic vulnerability reports and summaries
- Propose and participate in the develop the roadmap and metrics for vulnerability management processes and tools
- Coordinate with internal and external partners to remediate or mitigate security vulnerabilities and assist technical teams
- Support cyber threat intelligence, security operations and other security teams in day by day activities
- Maintain relationship with vendors and strategic partners
- Participate in audits covering information security services and technologies

**Basic Qualifications**

Master’s degree and 3 years of relevant experience
OR

Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of relevant experience
OR

Associate’s degree and 10 years of relevant experience
OR

High school diploma / GED and 12 years of relevant experience

- Minimum 3 years experience in vulnerability management or similar positions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Self-starter with a high degree of initiative
- Passionate, collaborative and results oriented
- Effective working with global, virtual teams
- Successful management of multiple priorities
- Detailed knowledge of Windows and/or Linux systems and associated scripting languages
- Preferred certifications: CISM, GPEN, GCIH, GSEC, CCSP, OSCP
