**iBET,** has a open position for a research fellowship in the field of Biological Engineering available within the project “Next generation, off-the-shelf, non fratricide-directed CAR immunotherapy for relapse/refractory T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia“ **Ref. **101113067, financed by European Commission.
**Admission Requirements**:
Master in Biological Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Biotechnology, Biology, Biochemistry and related areas, with final grade equal or superior to 15/20. Experience in: 1) Mammalian or human stem cell culture techniques; 2) lentiviral transduction protocols; 3) analytics for characterization of cells (flow cytometry, metabolism, immunofluorescence microscopy); 4) 3D cell culture; 5) CAR-T cell manufacturing.
**Work Plan**:
Development of bioprocesses for manufacture of CAR-T cells and methodologies for their characterization.
**Fellowship Duration**:
The fellowship will have a duration of 6 months, eventually renewed until the end of project, without prejudice of the maximum limits foreseen by law. The expected starting date is 1 of July of 2024.
