Programmer Wordpress

We're hiring a programmer for a Portuguese IT innovation company

Experience with WordPress: The programmer must have experience developing sites on WordPress and knowledge of the basic concepts of this platform.

Knowledge of PHP: WordPress is built on PHP, so the programmer must have a good knowledge of this programming language.

Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript: Knowledge of these languages is required to create the user interface and additional functionality of the site.

Database Knowledge: Understanding how databases work, especially MySQL, is essential to working effectively with WordPress.

Experience with mobile adaptation: Knowing how to adapt a site for different devices (responsive design) is important to ensure that the site is usable on mobile devices.

Knowledge of SEO: Understanding the basic principles of search engine optimization will help you create a website that will be more easily discovered by search engines.

Security: The programmer must take care of the security of the site, including protection against malicious attacks and vulnerabilities.

Knowledge of WordPress Versions and Updates: Keeping up with WordPress updates and using the latest versions is important for security and compatibility.

Communication Skills: Good communication with the customer and the ability to understand and interpret customer requirements are just as important as technical skills.

Problem Solving Ability: The ability to analyze and solve problems that may arise during the development of a website is also extremely important.
