**About the job**
- Account Referential department is at the forefront of the operational activity, as we are responsible for managing and maintaining the client account Database platforms for BNP Paribas Securities Services. As the client accounts are the driver of all the activities that we provide to our customers our team plays an essential role within the bank. We are a multi-cultural team split between Lisbon and Porto offices that work as one. As most of the tools we use are internal, we provide practical on the job training to all our team members to guarantee that they can learn and execute the job to the best of their abilities. Due to the complexity of our activity, we are looking for ambitious people with good analytical skills, a high attention for detail, great work ethic and team spirit to help us deliver the highest quality to our clients and service partners
- We are providing this activity from Portugal for +10 years and are servicing most of our European locations as well as US. If you are looking for a challenge, to learn a new activity and to continue to develop new skills and competencies within BNP Paribas group come and join us

**Your Main Activities Are**
- Sensitive setups such as foreign exchange (auto-fx, derogation and exclusion) and fees in the different tools
- Due to the sensitive nature of the activity controls and validations is essential to guarantee an excellent service and has to be performed with great level of rigor and detail
- Our activity is driven by the SLAs we have in place with all our clients and KPIs are essential to monitor the quality and effectiveness of the services provided. As such, it is paramount that all the team members actively perform at the highest level and participate in maintaining the supporting files that are used on a daily basis

**Profile and Skills to Success**
- Bachelor Degree
- Fluent (C1-C2) English level required

- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to deal with all levels and cultures both in regards to dealing and general communication with clients, peers, other BNP Paribas offices / entities and external clients.
