Fiscal Representation Assistant

We are a group of companies, part of an international group that works in Real Estate Investments and we are looking for a Fiscal Representation Assistant, for our office based in Lisbon - Parque das Nações.

This professional will be responsible for assisting our non-resident clients with their fiscal responsibilities.

**Related tasks**:

- Clarify both clients and work colleagues on various topics related to fiscal representation;
- Customer profile analysis;
- Issue rent receipts; registration; termination of Lease Agreements;
- Manage payments, fees and Bank authorizations;
- Validate contracts and other documents;
- Assure necessary reporting keeping the database updated;
- Liaison with Tax Authority (doubts, passwords, certificates, rent receipts, etc)
- Assist on IRS and IMI processes;

**Requirements**:

- Degree/Bachelor in Finance, Management or Accountancy;
- 1 to 3 years of related professional experience as minimum;
- Required mandatory language - English
- Good communication skills
- Organization and sense of priority
- Availability and planning skills
- Experience and knowledge in office computer systems;
- Intermediate to advanced level excel skills would be favorable;
**Work Schedule**:

- 08h30 / 17h30
- Monday to Friday (40 hours/week)
- On site (Parque das Nações)
