2. Gerir a relação com os contactos dos clientes;
3. Fornecer um contacto-chave para as equipas de Compras/Programa/Engenharia/MPL/outras equipas para questões comerciais de mercadorias relevantes (custo, qualidade, prazos, entrega, etc.).
4. Preparar as cotações para apresentação ao cliente, incluindo a coordenação das actividades internas necessárias e das reuniões de decisão de preços;
5. Faturar e obter o pagamento de todas as contas a receber do cliente, incluindo os custos de ferramentas e de engenharia;
6. Preparar pacotes de reclamações para recuperação de custos, incluindo aumento de matérias-primas, atrasos/cancelamento de programas, obsolescência e quebras de volume;
7. Assegurar que as ordens de compra do cliente estão em vigor para todas as peças;
