**Mikado Restaurant in Braga** - Portugal is recruiting **Kitchen Helper (M/F)/ Dishwasher** (M/F) with immediate entry.

MIKADO Restaurant is a reference in Sushi & Wok in Braga, specialized in asian cuisine and a_ll you can eat _service.
- Eligibility to work in Portugal (NISS, NIF, Proof of Address and Expression of Interest/ Residency Title) - mandatory;
- Residency in Braga city (preferable);
- Professional experience as a kitchen assistant (minimum 1 year of experience);
- Training, Knowledge and Professional Experience in chinese cuisine (preferable);
- Responsibility and Accountability;
- Motivation to learn and progress within the company;
- Ability to work in multicultural teams and be a committed team player - Teamwork;
- Great communication skills - proficient in english and/or portuguese (preferable);
- Training and knowledge about Sanitation and Hygienization Standards (HACCP).

**What are the main tasks**:

- Mise en Place - prepares all the ingredients (vegetables, meat, fish, etc..) for the main service;
- Stores all products and ingredients by acknowledging their conservation and quality;
- Prepares some of the menu dishes by using the fryer and electric grill.
