Production Manager

As a Production Manager at Texponto, you'll play a key role in overseeing our manufacturing operations and ensuring the smooth and efficient production of our têxtile products. You'll lead a team of production associates, providing guidance and support to ensure that production targets are met while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage day-to-day production activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow coordination.
- Monitor production metrics and performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.
- Train and develop production team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and quality assurance, to ensure alignment on production goals and priorities.
- Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure that all products meet our rigorous quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe and productive work environment.
