**Finance and FP&A Associate**

**What you will do**

Let’s do this. Let’s change the world. In this vital role you will support the delivery of the day to day FP&A activities for your assigned regions. You are responsible for supporting Budgeting, Forecasting, Cost Management and reporting tasks.

Other responsibilities will include:

- Support business planning and decision making through financial analysis
- Expense planning, management and finance support for selected functions
- Perform month-end, quarter-end, year-end close activities, prepare journal entries, perform variance analysis
- Supports long-term planning activities
- Support ad hoc finance analysis and activities
- Supports FP&A projects locally and may participate in wider projects
- Adapt, support and contribute to the growth and CI of the department and ACCP
- Performs control validations and testing (IICC/Finance Review of Payment).
- Drives data quality and integrity in the Hyperion, SAP and ANAPLAN and ensures all reporting systems are accurate.
- Consolidates budgets, latest estimate and actual variance analysis

**What we expect of you**

**Minimum Requirements**
- 2+ years working in a finance related field (ideally Finance Planning and Analysis).
- Fluency in English, both in written and oral communication.

**Preferred Requirements**
- Working knowledge of IS systems (including demonstrated capability of SAP, Hyperion, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Tableau and ANAPLAN as a plus).
- Demonstrates a service-minded attitude.
- Clearly explains processes and procedures.
- Fluency in multiple European languages.
- Basic knowledge of US GAAP.
