A Capgemini está à procura de um estagiário curricular para dar suporte ao departamento de RH.

Neste estágio estarás envolvido em processos de Gestão de Recursos Humanos, bem como em diversos projetos internos.

**Perfil pretendido**:

- Alunos finalistas da Licenciatura ou Mestrado nas áreas de Psicologia das Organizações, Gestão de Recursos Humanos, Marketing, Gestão, Economia ou Finanças;
- Forte capacidade de comunicação, de rápida aprendizagem e adaptação;
- Responsabilidade, iniciativa, criatividade e orientação para resultados;
- Espírito de equipa e pensamento analítico;
- Conhecimentos de Inglês.

**Ao longo do período de estágio, haverá a possibilidade de desenvolver as seguintes atividades**:

- Formação (auxílio no diagnóstico de necessidades e definição de objetivos, planeamento, apoio logístico e avaliação);
- Desenvolvimento e Gestão de Carreiras (acompanhamento do processo de Avaliação de Desempenho e Mentoring);
- Engagement (acompanhamento dos processos inerentes às iniciativas da empresa).
