Join our team as a** Product Owner **(Hybrid - Lisbon)

**What You’ll Do**:

- Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including customers, business analysts, developers, and designers, to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap;
- Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs;
- Define and communicate clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to development teams;
- Work closely with development teams throughout the product lifecycle, providing guidance, clarification, and feedback;
- Conduct user research, market analysis, and competitive analysis to inform product decisions and enhancements;
- Track and analyze key metrics to measure product performance and identify opportunities for improvement;
- Act as the voice of the customer, advocating for their needs and ensuring a customer-centric approach to product development;
- Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, and review meetings as part of Agile development processes.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field;
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role in software development;
- Proven track record of successfully delivering and managing software products from concept to launch;
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum;
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders;
- Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and analyze data to inform product decisions;
- Experience in the technology industry and familiarity with software development processes and technologies;
- PSPO I or CSPO certifications is a plus;
- Portuguese and English fluency, both written and verbal;
- Workplace: LISBON (hybrid).
