**How You’ll Make an Impact**
- Creation, updating and maintenance of technicaldocumentation for Siemens Energy products and tooling
- Creation,classification and editorial processing of content in an XML-based editorialsystem in compliance with legal, normative and target group-oriented rules
- Creation ofgraphics to support written descriptions
- Collaboration inthe further development of the editorial system and the editorial processes
- Development ofconcepts for the standardization of technical documentation
- o Design of cross-softwareinterfaces for process improvement and exchange between different softwaretools/editing systems
- Coordination offoreign language translations, translation management
- General linguisticwork (creation of linguistic and stylistic rules, terminology)

**What You Bring**
- Bachelor’s Degree in technical studies e.g. mechanicalengineering or computer sciences with focus on technical communication, or inlinguistic studies with focus on technical documentation
- Professionalexperience of 2+ years in technical writing or closely related topics
- Experience with(XML-based) well-known editing systems
- Professionaltarget group-oriented writing with attention to detail
- Excellent Englishskills, excellent German skills are a plus
- Software affinity,preferably experience in software development
- Knowledge of SAP, goodworking knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools (Excel including VBA, SharePointonline, Power Automate, Power Apps)
- Ability to workindependently and effectively as part of a international, virtual team andmanage competing priorities in a structured and methodical manner
