Our client is currently seeking dedicated professionals who are willing to work from anywhere in Portugal (homeoffice).
Here's what you can expect:
- Start on April 15th
- Benefiting from an easy online recruitment process (phone call and video interview).
- Previous Experience in Sales is required. Previous Experience in Contact Center or Customer Service preferable
Your tasks:
As a Customer Support Advisor, your mission will be to assist customers with any issue during and after their order.
Assist customers through inbound calls enthusiastically and professionally.
Support customers by providing information about products and trying to close the sell over the phone.
Support customers on resolution of delivery topics (e.g., where are the deliveries at; deliveries that went wrong, is there any stock available, etc).
You only need:
- Fluency in Norwegian (must be at least C1) and communicative level of English (at least B2) are required.
- EU citizenship or full working rights.
Your rewards:
- Standard salary of €1500 gross per month,
- Monthly Performance Bonuses
- The option to use accommodation provided by the company (in Lisbon)

If you're moving from abroad, you'll benefit from:
