We operate as a consulting service firm since 2013 and offer specialized consulting services to clients In the areas of finance and information technology.

We are currently looking for
**Enterprise Architecture Pilot** to integrate one of our project teams in
**Lisbon**. The
**Enterprise Architecture Pilot** will play the role of a “pilot” as part of the EA Process & Governance team. As such, he’ll be one of the facilitators and the coordinators for the run and transformation of the EA governance processes. The
**Enterprise Architecture Pilot** will be in charge, as the other team members, of “piloting” the ITSVC (IT solution validation committees).

**Tasks**:

- Review the documentation and be the voice of the architecture during the first phases of the IT project Lifecycle;
- Be the advisor, the coach, and the referent to follow-up project managers;
- Organize and drive review committees;
- Coordinate interactions with functions required based on the functional, technical, and geographical scope;
- Ensure the data quality issued from this process;
- Control the project’s alignment with architecture recommendations;
- Understand and be aware of the group IT governance to adapt the CIB IT framework;
- Be the promotor of the CIB IT Enterprise Architecture Governance across functions and entities;
- Elaborate and share relevant KPIs;
- Be proactive in contributing to the EA governance continuous improvement process.

**Hard Skills**:

- Excellent knowledge on IBM Datastage PX (highly recommended) and/or other ETL tools;
- SQL development skills (PostgreSQL is the DB used);
- PL/SQL development skills;
- Experience in unit and integration tests design;
- Experience with GIT and Jenkins;
- Experience in documenting bug reports, tickets, and code changes;
- Technical analysis and documentation.

**Soft Skills**:

- Excellent communication skills (multicultural and for different roles and hierarchies);
- Ability to setup relevant performance indicators (Expert);

- Understanding of Investment banking knowledge (Proficient);
