Nestlé Business Services Lisbon (NBS Lisbon) is one of the seven Shared Services Centers in Nestlé. We provide Order to Cash and Integrated Marketing Services enabling Nestlé to engage with millions of consumers worldwide.

Trainees will have the opportunity to acquire skills and knowledge through on-the-job experience and continuous training. It will be an internship, in which you will be able to experience different activities in
**Source to Pay **operations. As a Trainee you’ll support the different operational teams. You will gain expertise from a shared center service and make part of a multicultural environment, with more than 30 nationalities and 11 functional languages.

Location: Linda-a-Velha, Lisbon, Portugal

Full-time Internship

**A day in the life of...**
- Ensure the timely generation of Purchase orders from Purchase Requisitions in adherence to the Procurement policies and standards and NBS SLAs
- Timely resolution of parked, blocked and GI/IR issues and escalation of critical ones to Buyers
- Ensure accuracy of procurement related transactional data
- Ensure standard routines are updated for any potential legal or process changes
- Participate in the monitoring of SLAs and PPIS and ensure appropriate actions/plans to correct deviations
- Participate in continuous Improvement programs and standardization of processes
- Participate in KPIs trends (SLAs), root cause analysis of mistakes/errors and problem solving (by initiating a GSTD)

**What will make you successful**
- Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Supply Chain or similar preferred
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written);
- Positive Thinking, willingness to learn and Team Player attitude required
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies and working methods
- Customer and result oriented
- Availability to start in April 2023
