This position offers you the opportunity to work alongside one of our high-profile clients who specialize in internet-based searching and video-sharing platforms.

Part of your daily activities will be
- Content Reviewers working on our Chatbot team are responsible for reviewing Chat Bot’s text-based answers that were flagged by users as not okay, by using the policies & guidelines to decide if the answers were offensive/dangerous.
- You will visually review text-based content and escalate violations of Client policies using internal tools.
- On this project, you might review content that ranges from mild to very sensitive topics such as but not limited to profanity, hate speech or violence.
- We have programs in place such as the Feel Good Wellness 360 Program and detach hours to ensure you have the supports in place should you need them.
- Attention to detail and quick decision-making skills are key for success in this role as the tasks can be quite repetitive.
- You’ll be working as part of a Global team with colleagues based in Poland (KRK), Ireland (DUB), Portugal (LIS) and Morocco (CAS).

**Required Skills**:

- Fluent in Dutch (level C2)
- Excellent written and verbal fluency, ability to speak and write English proficiently
- Excellent communication skills
- Technologically capable
