**Job Description**:

- Collaborate with Chief Information Officer and IT Directors in organizing and supporting high-level meetings including preparing reports and presentations;
- Transform complex presentations into more concise and visually attractive, aligned with the needs of different stakeholders (Board of Directors, Executive Committee, Top Management);
- Assist in coordinating meetings and workshops, preparing agendas, and following up on actions and decisions;
- Support the IT Project Management team in the planning, monitoring and reporting of projects, ensuring compliance with best project management practices and providing support in preparing the necessary presentations;
- Analyzing IT reports, including timelines, budgets, scenario analysis and key performance indicators for decision support;
- Organize and coordinate departmental activities and Digital events;
- Welcoming new internal staff and delivering induction activities in partnership with Human Resources and the other teams.

**Qualifications**:

- Professional experience from 3 years in PMO/ HRBP or similar functions;
- Experience with Jira and Microsoft Office;
- Experience in banking sector is a plus;
- Fluency in English (spoken and written) and French is a plus;
- Demonstrated excellence in written and verbal communication skills;
- Comfortable with significant client interaction and interest in building relationships.
