A Fórum Selecçãoencontra-se a recrutar para cliente na área da banca, em Lisboa.

CLIENT SUPPORT - Lisboa

**Funções**:

- Analisar e solucionar as notificações/tickets;
- Gestão da base de dados;
- Acompanhamento de pagamentos urgentes;
- Apoio às equipas nos documentos em falta (notas de crédito, débitos diretos, pendências);
- Suporte no fecho mensal;
- Gestão de pedidos (processamento, ocorrência de problemas, qualidadee pontualidade dos fluxos).

**Perfil**:

- Licenciatura;
- Experiência profissional em funções semelhantes;
- Conhecimentos de MicrosoftOffice(Excel e PowerPoint);
- Experiência com SAP e Contas a Pagar (preferencial);
- Capacidade analítica e atenção ao pormenor;
- Problem solver;
- Inglêssólido;
- Francês(nice to have).

Disponibilidade para projeto temporário de 5-6 meses.
